Documentation and photo resize

Hi,
I have 2 problems:
1. Link to documentation doesn't work (file:///C:/Users/MH1/Desktop/Supershop-v2.8.12/Documentation/index.html)
2. Because the problem with link to documentation, I can't find out, why photos in - for example - block recommended products on the home page - don't resize automaticly?
