Cart and Search border color

Hello!
I want to change the color of the border in the search field, and also in the cart button, and I can't find the css part to change it.
I found a reference in the line 8652 of the global.css file, but in the live view this line is overwritten by a mainBgColor function, and I can't find how change this.
