Remove WooCommerce

I am using Boutique and I like everything about it but the project doesn't require the shopping cart, only to display products. I am hoping that there is a way to remove the shopping cart and account links from the main menu and secondly, also remove the "new" sticker from products... or how old of a date would I need to make them so that they don't show the "new" label.

I like the search feature but if it is not able to keep that I understand and willing to let it go.
