From your back- end, you can go to Ovic Page Link Module, click to Modify button then change the name of each section that you want to translate.

One last thing : how can I change the settings icon?

To change the setting icon, you can go to Preferences >> Themes. On tab Your current theme, click to Icons then upload another logo for this >> SAVE

I mean the icon near the top menu . As in the picture attached.
