Fatal error OvicLayoutControl

When I install the template on my localhost test and try to open the site gives me this error:
AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Class 'OvicLayoutControl' not found in /var/www/vhosts/test.it/httpdocs/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatebase.php
