Error 500 while loading page

Hi,
this is the website: http://21rue.it/
The problem is that very often when loading a page, the browser gives the generic "Error 500" and the user has to reload the page to see it.
What could be the cause?
It seems like a memory issue, but the website is running with a memory_limit of 128MB.
Can you please have a look and give us an opinion to fix it?
