Themes and Slider

Hello good day.
I acquired the license Kuteshop few days ago and, after installing wordpress theme, I'm having some problems.
First, I would like to use as a template demo 14.
I enter the editor, and I see there I can select the default templates, but when I select the 14 (so I tried it with others), does not change anything, not even the header.
Moreover, the Slider gives me error, namely: Slider With allying Kute-opt14 not found.
Please, could help solve these problems? If you need more info, I will provide you.
