Plugin not installing

Revolution slider and wpbakery visual composer plugin is not installing from the install required plugin screen.
for visual composer its showing the following error:
Downloading install package from http://kutethemes.net/wordpress/plugins/js_composer.zip…
Download failed. Failed to connect to kutethemes.net port 80: Connection timed out
for revolution slider its showing the folloing error:
Downloading install package from http://kutethemes.net/wordpress/plugins/revslider.zip…
Download failed. Failed to connect to kutethemes.net port 80: Connection timed out
for visual composer its showing the following error:
