Dollar Sign Issues, Featured Product, and White Space symbol

Hello,
I just bought your theme and installed it today. I can't get the Dollar Sign to go in front of the amount ($99.00). I went into Woocommerce Settings changed it there but it didn't take do anything. Also, please remove the British Pound symbol from the My ACCOUNT settings at the top right.
Also, I can't get it to set or remove a FEATURED PRODUCT. I have tried it by going to Woocommerce - Products and clicking the star and by clicking on the Product itself and going into the Product settings and checking the box there. Neither works.
And lastly, I tried to go to Permalinks to change the White Space symbol from + to %20 but it's not letting me. Can you change it for me?
When I use the search feature on the website, it uses a URL that looks like this:
http://dealbeatz.com/?post_type=product&s=luxury+bag
Can you the search URL look like this:
http://dealbeatz.com/?post_type=product&s=luxury%20bag
Basically convert the + to %20 for white space
