How do I get rid of the line in the words on my Newsletter?

I don't like the lines in the words on for the newsletter section on my homepage. How do I edit it to get rid of that line?

I also can't get the physical sign up box to pop up, all there is is text. No sign up field or button.

The first fix worked but I still can't physically signed up. I have the proper forms set up and everything. Is it supposed to just connect on it's own?
