Re Formatting Footer

Hi,
i just wanted to contact you as I would like to re-format the OUR SERVICES section in the footer (please see attached).
I wanted to remove the dashed lines and have the font white & centralised as example - http://kutethemes.net/wordpress/boutique/home-6/
In addition if you also refer to the ABOUT US page for eg at the bottom there is still a visible LEAVE A REPLY/COMMENT section; how could this be removed?
