    E-commerce Translations not working

    Hi,

    thanks for oyur feedback, we managed to solve the previous ticket the way you said.

    By the way, we are facing another little issue regarding the whole woocommerce translation. The woocommerce messages are all in English even if the website is in Italian and the files are properly located here: /httpdocs/wp-content/languages/plugins/woocommerce-it_IT.po / .mo (for example "Thank you. Your order has been received.")

    Do you know how to solve this?

    Hi,
    well actually the strange thing is that this is not a multi language website for now, Wordpress is located IT nad so should be the Woocommerce template in onverride inside your theme..
    So we didn't install a multi language plugin.

    Hi,
    I see that is working now better than before, what changes did the developer made? Just some words are missing, even if the translations strings are there in the .po / .mo file.
    - Technical notes: please tell the dev that we have re-enabled the Child Theme because it is needed by the layout customisations we made.

    Then I have seen another thing in the "my accont page" could you check it? (screenshot attached)
    Can you let me know?

    Hi,

    1) some of the words are: My Address, RECENT ORDERS, cancel, view, pay, BILLING ADDRESS,
    2) these are the steps in order to view that problem: go to My accout page > you should see an archive of your orders (use an account which made at least one order, now I see in dashboard that asistant.kutethemes@gmail.com has one) > click on the "View" button link (see the screenshot) > in that page you should find the problem shown in the previous screenshot
