    Diacritical characters like “ť”, “š”, "č"...

    Hello,
    I have little problem with diacritical characters like “ť”, “š”, "č" and so on... These all are characters used in Slovak language.
    How can my programmer fix this?

    Characters in product description seems to be ok but product names are not working well. Also translated Add to cart is not working well on desktop. Mobile screenshot attached. Thanks

    What access do you need? I have no problem with creating access to back office.
    However I cooperate with freelancer programmer who hosts my website and he would like to know what exactly are you going to do and how you are going to solve the problem before he provide FTP access. Can you please explain, I will forward your message.

    REPLY: We checked your site and we saw that those characters display well both in description and product name (please open the attached image bellow)

    2. "Add to cart": Your "Add to card " button is too different from ours. Have you customized any files yet? If done, it would be difficult for support work. That's the reason why we ask about your FTP website to check your customized files.
