Unable to get currency changing it is not working

Couple of months ago I posted a request reported about the bug that I am facing but none of the response or help was provided from your end now I am trying to contact you again as I am really disappointed with this.

I try to add currency switcher short code at the top header but it is showing me the short code at the front end not showing currency switcher what is this and why i am seeing this and I have also tried to add banner at top of the products page but it is also not showing to me there are lots of other bugs as well but that has been solved by my developer but I want to get this done by the support as this is your bug
