    I have tried to resolve the permalinks issue for the past 2 days.
    I still could not find any solutions. I also don't know what I did wrong until broken links.
    Can you please help me?

    I managed to resolve this issue
    I know now, after I add the .htacess,txt
    I should change the custom links based on my preference in permalinks

    Now it's live again.

    today we've got this "Error establishing a database connection"
    message on our front shop

    I am trying to enter via ftp filezilla & internet explorer
    filezilla says "Could not connect to server"

    &
    internet explorer didnt open browser
    when I choose "View>Open FTP Site in File Explorer"

    Hope you could help me regarding this issue

    1. I set flat rate shipping (suppose I want to create two(2) zone price, instead of only 1.
    can I do that?

    2. I have setup if purchased more than 3 free shipping..but it appears in my cart freeshipping even though only purchase 1 unit
