Problems with some modules

Hi,
I Have so many problems with some modules that does't work well
-Banner Block HTML: it doesn't take the changes, I will open the module, do the changes and once I've saved the changes are gone
-CMS Block and Value Block Doesn't appear on the top header
-Category Search: whenever I try to search something it doesn't give me any results and the ajax popup that should appear do not work
