All menu dropdpwns on the header not working

menu dropdowns are not working on-click or on hover. Installed on a multisite. I installed kuteshop on a fresh site on the multisite and the same thing happened. Feel free to test this by creating a new site if that helps. I am using the most recent version of the kuteshop theme and plugin.

Those credentials are the super admin account. I am unsure why there would be a problem. It is a multisite so uploading themes will be through the network admin. Please try again.

I activated the child theme that was uploaded. It solved the problem right away.
