Shop , Blog Header is not showing

The Header of my blog and also that of the shop isn't showing even though i have enabled it, i have also loaded your most recent update of the theme. Can you please urgently assist me, i went live with the client website and he queried it.

this issue still not resolved :-(. Did you perhaps figure out a work around. I see that the support team will be off until Tuesday, cannot afford to wait till then :-(
