There is not my account box at the top even I HAVE enable it.

I install the theme on my localhost for testing purpose. After importing your simple data, I found my account box is not display. I enable it from enable hook, but it does not work (either in IE or Chrome).

Hi there,

Thanks for your answers! It is very useful.

And I have another problem. When I create my own Categories, I cannot add them into the menu.

There is no 'Products Categories' in the left side. So I cannot drag my own Categories into the Categories menu.
