Problems installing the theme

After installing the sample data from boutique1 I get the following errors:
Failed to import “newletter”: Invalid post type mc4wp-form (I've resolved this after I've installed mailchimp )
Failed to import “FREE SHIPPING WORLD WIDE”: Invalid post type service
Failed to import “MONEY BACK GUARANTEE”: Invalid post type service
Failed to import “ONLINE SUPPORT 24/7”: Invalid post type service
Also, I'm unable to change the header using this steps:
3. Header setting
Go to Boutique =>Theme Options => Header and choose the Header option that you want to display on your Homepage.
Header1 that is currently set default on my website doesn't look the same as the presentation website. I'm referring at the icons from the button(they are missing).
I really like the presentation theme but if we can't make it work 100% like in the presentation I must make a refund.
Please let me know what do I need to do because I've fallowed the entire documentation and I can't make it work.
