incomplete theme data

We purchased the kuteshop theme for wordpress and after 4 hours or working as we understand there are files missing or some problem within. First of all it gives error with Kutetheme toolkit saying "invalid header" plus there is no sidebar filter.
Secondly we want to use the home layout other then Demo 1 and 2. But since as we see the only working layouts are 1 and 2. Please provide a full working version of your theme with all the demo data of all the 14 demos that you have shown on your link http://themeforest.net/item/kuteshop-multipurpose-woocommerce-wordpres-theme/full_screen_preview/13012521 or kindly make a refund.
