Discount icon in different modules

Hello,
I have a problem with the display of icons on a price reduction. In hhe various modules icons are displayed in different ways (in one module on a red background with a hyphen, in the second module - on a red background withouth a hyphen, and Ovic Flexible Brands Module - with a black background, which also I can not change the translation of the word " OFF") .
When I add a new product ("testowy produkt" and point out in the price reduction - the reduction should automatically appear as an icon in the module - is not it? The problem is that it does not work and new product does not appear in modules with the icon " -30 %".
In the attachement you cna find screenshots with marked with green arrows in places, with whom I have a problem.
