My homepage is not lining up correctly after upgrade

On my homepage, the text for on sale, best seller, etc. are not lining up correctly that are almost overlapping my four images under my slider. Please help.

My plugins are still inactive

Also, back on the homepage, the rss feed issue is still not fixed, it is still just showing text instead of an image with some text. What is the solution please?
