Change the theme name on the source code

Good morning,
I wanted to change the name to the topic on the source code, I read in function.php that you have to change all of the theme files, x does not make mistakes and not lose functions I wanted to understand how to do ..
I have to go to wp-content themes/kutetheme open all the "Kutetheme" file and where to find it "kutetheme" insert the name you want to replace?
