lot of probleme with the theme

hello , i've got a lot of probleme with the theme london stars :
1) i don't find the wayt to put the picture in the newslotter block in option 4
2) in the fotter ; when i change titles like about store etc , it doesn't change
3) i can't translate the theme, i'm trying to find the way to set different sentence in the header , replace We Ship Internationally by something in frnech , but i can't i dont know why , the translation didn't appear anywhere (its not the problem with max_inputs_vars , i have 16000)
4) when i go the category page , the border of the second and third is desappearing , when i resize the screnn , it appears
