Mega Menu Changes

1.) I have updated my primary menu in the Kuteshop Boutique theme, but I cannot figure out how to adjust the layout and change the image on the mega menu for the shop tab.
Where / how can I do this? And is there documentation on the mega menu?
2.) Also, if there a link on this website for the entire kuteshop boutique theme documentation? I've just been going to the index document provided in the documentation folder in the theme, and all of the image links seem to be broken.
3.) And lastly, is it possible with the mega menu to have blog post links with images like this photo i've attached?
