Setup on Wordpress???

How do I set this site up on my Wordpress? I am new to this and can't figure out how to load this theme that I have purchased to use as my Wordpress site. I have a domain name that is hosted by 1&1. If I can't use this theme on my Wordpress, is there a way to upload it to my 1&1 account?
