SuperShop 2.8.12 - no chanlelog, one more zip included

Hello!
Today I download the SuperShop 2.8.12
1. Where the changelog file? I found one orphaned changelog inside of js/ folder of the theme. So where the new one? I need to know the changes between versions prior to upgrade.
2. I found the supershop.zip file (theme container) inside of the "supershop v2.8.12.zip" file. Is it a fault of a packager?
3. I guess the img/Thumbs.db file is also useless and packager didn't clean up enough the theme.
