Wordpress Sample Data

Hello,
we have 15 folder on "Sample Data" folder, I have following qiestions:
i should Install all content.xml? and zip file? and widget.wie? which have a demo like your demo? and also how i can install widget.wie file i could not see in your documentaton about this file.
