all pages saying not found

hi
all of a sudden, none of the links on the site are working. it says page not found for all the pages, just not the home page. the products and cart also don't work.
i did not touch this website for about 2 months, so i don't know why it's happening. i tried diabling all plugins and changing the permalink settings, but nothing is working.
please advise asap how to solve this problem, as people cannot shop on the site as long as its not working.
