    Hi mate,

    I'm trying to add the facebook pixel script to the header.tpl on your logancee theme but it doesn't work.

    I have it in other prestashop sites and also in my production site and it works properly. In some I have to add the tad {literal} and works but in your theme it doesn't.

    Maybe I can try to add the script in the google analytics module after the google analytics script if you let me know the folder path to find the proper file where to add the script (where the GA UA-XXXXXXXX script is).

    Could you help with this issue?

    Could you send me the admin login and one FTP account? I want to see what you added... and which script would you like to add,...and where/which files,... you added? please send me that script in one file. Thanks!

    Dear James,

    Please find below all the info you required.

    As you can see it's only a piece of js code that has to be added in the header.tpl file in the theme that is being used (logancee in this case).

    I would apreciate if you could explain how I should add js code with your theme as I see it's different from all other themes I've used. I ususally add js code before the tag in the header.tpl of the corresponding theme and works perfectly.

    The path file is /public_html/themes/logancee/header.tpl

    The Facebook pixel has to be added before the tag < / head >

    The facebook pixel is correct.

    Please tell your coder that the facebook pixel has not to be added to all header.tpl files, just to the theme that is being used. So please ask him to remove from wherever he added and just put it in the /public_html/themes/logancee/header.tpl , NOT everywhere.

    I use the prestashop cookies law module with the facebook pixel in other websites and it doesn't give any error using both.

    I'm sorry but this is an issue of your theme. Please help me to resolve that issue using both prestashop cookies law alltogether with facebook pixel.

    Please if you are not able to resolve this issue by tomorrow let me know. I can't wait more, first we had the GA issue, now that. I'm sorry you have tried all your best with support but I cannot accept all this issues and delay to solve them.

    I have to ask you kindly to refund the payment of the theme if you cannot solve by tomorrow.

    I don't know what your coder has done on my site. First now I can't use the cookies law without appearing on the site the error.

    Second, please see attachment, this has to be done as it was before you changed. Please I ask you to leave the site as it was before your coder touch anything. See attachment fo one thing I noticed, I'm really really scared about what other things you could have changed.

    I prefer not see anything else. Just hope tomorrow you have undo all this things, please undo everything.

    I don't know about your coder but this is absolutely unnacceptable. Hope he did a backup and restore the full site.

    You can see it has de cookies law module plus the facebook pixel working both perfectly.

    I kidnly ask you to restore the site as it was previous to when your coder started to work.

    After my site is restored I will give you webiste account and ftp acces to my production site.

    Please I need at least to restore my site asap.
