Cannot see sample pages

Hi Guys

I cannot see any sample pages after installing Boutique theme and installing sample data.

I have read the documentation but I concede that perhaps I have misunderstood how to make the pages appear.

I was following the instructions for making the menus look the same as the demo when I realised that I had no pages.

I would be VERY grateful for you advice.
