HUGE MOBILE KUTESHOP THEME PROBLEM!

Hello!
Today I launched my website and it is already finished. I am having one huge problem with it, the pictures do not appear in the mobile version! What can I do? Most of my clients use their phone to purchase and they are not being able to access it properly. If you look in the computer it looks perfect but not mobile.
I really need help here!
Let me know if you need wordpress access or what.
