Home page : Compare button vs add cart

Hi,

As shown on the picture, the compare button can't be reach as the add cart box is hover...
is it possible to put the add cart over the price?

Also, the price is too big, what css i need change for make it more small to be sure the start are shown on same line?
Make less space between the star?

I still have a problems, there is still space under the picture of categorie tab...
