WPML Not working in theme ?

hello please check whats the problem witih WPML , the drop list never works .. It supposed to be english/arabic .. but it just don't work on it , i tested the plugin on another website and it worked

so its only english , the drop menu don't work ... i already posted my website info in the previous post about RTL .. see if you can help me
