update Visual Composser

Hi.. i cant update Visual Composer in my theme...send me a error message...asks me to activate my license of VC, which I don't have and I don't want to buy it, I want the author to activate the license in the theme... i cant edit anything because it is loading the FrontEnd of the VC... Please I need the update to work. Thank you
