Files missing in the downloaded template folder

Dear Team,
Just purchased and downloaded the Boutique theme and its missing some files.
I have to use http://kute-themes.com/html/boutique/html/index20.html file for the home page but its missing.
Please send or upload the correct File so that i can start working.
