Having Serious Trouble Installing Demo

Hello,
This is the second ticket I open in less than 24 hours of having purchased the theme. I have installed over 25+ themes and this is becoming a bit hectic.
I am trying to install the demo content in worldofbake.com just as like you have it in "Demo 1" .
List of Problems:
1. Vertical Menu Overlaps the gray bar where "24/7 Support" is. This does not happen in your Demo.
2. Even though all the demo content was successfully imported, I do not have it exactly as in your website. Where are all the pictures etc? I really need it to be 100% the same for reference.
3. Hot Category Info does not appear
4. My footer looks nothing like yours in Demo 1 even though I followed step by step your documentation tutorial.
5. I do not have the top bar that says login/register and other store information. This is important for me because I need my clients to register.
6. Does your theme bring some type of "About Us" or Page already made that I can just modify?
It is really important for me that the website looks exactly, exactly, exactly, 100% exactly as your "Demo 1" since I will modify everything starting from there. If I give you all my login details will you be able to do that?
