Kutetheme Toolkit Plugin Problem

Hello!
Today I purchase this theme, and already had a problem installing it. When I installed it, it asked me to also install all the plugins needed to run.
They all installed except "Kutetheme Toolkit" it gave me an error of "Header is not bold" or something like that. After I refreshed it appeared to activate so I activated it.
Now, I am not sure if it is already active since I do not know where it would appear. I do not see anything on the left bar as "Kutetheme Toolkit", i do see "Theme Options" but I am not sure if it is that one.
Can you confirm?
