Change Blue Image Featured to Spanish

Hi

Please tell me how to change the blue image that says Featured by Spanish "Destacado"

It is necessary to replace the image? in which folder it is located?

I understand that it is an image. but as I can replace it?

I can build the image in Spanish but where replacement? in which folder the replacement the image?

I remind you that I am setting my language is Spanish and NOT English, so I require that image I can replace my own but in Spanish.

Thans for your help, I could change the image "Featured" correctly.

Now I require your help to change the image " NEW " that appears in all New Products (the orange background).

I can build the image in Spanish but where replacement? in which folder the replacement the image?

I remind you that I am setting my language is Spanish and NOT English, so I require that image I can replace my own but in Spanish.
