Error import sample data

Hello,
I've re-installed my site. and I would like import option 14 to my site.
But when I importing, it's say error
Oops! That page can’t be found.
I've read the document and follow your step by step Installation but I can't import sampale data
How could I do ?
pls help me to slove it. I want to know how to install correct because maybe I will use this theme to my other site in future !
