Direct links to other sites

Hello Support!

I found 8 direct links to "http://kutethemes.com/" website that hardcoded in the theme.
It is not good both for performance (too slow downloading images), security (if whole website works on https) and visibility (tailoring the theme on local host / intranet with blocked eternal links).
Some found in the configuration of modules:
1. Supershop - Advanced Top Menu (Furniture 's sub menu), moreover it linked to the demo of another theme (img alt="" src="http://kutethemes.com/demo/fashion/london-stars1/img/cms/top_manu_banner1.png")
2. Supershop - Advanced Footer

All links should be relative with no protocol specification. Especially for image assets - they should be provided inside the theme, not as an external resource.
Please fix it and update the theme!
