No logo files found in package

Hello Support!
I purchase the SuperShop version 2.8.11 via http://themeforest.net/ and installing it on a fresh and clean PrestaShop 1.6.1.4 with default demo catalog and demo products.
Walking through the Documentation I found that no logo.png and icon.ico files in package, but they are mentioned in the Documentation, section "After installation - Adding Logo and Icon"
"You can upload your loo.jpg [1] and icon.ico ( You also can find the demo logo and favicon in the folder /Documentation/logo and then upload them). After that, click on the "Save" [2] button to save above setting information."
Please fix the Documentation (as I see on a top of the page, it is for SuperShop version 2.0 ?) and provide me with missed files.
