Problem Uploading Products

Hi !!
Greetings for the day !!
1. We are trying to upload products using .CSV file(the details of plugin used can be found on this link - https://allaerd.org/shop/get-them-all/), but whenever we upload the products, all the concerned categories and subcategories duplicate or triplicate in the database. We have already tried all the possibilities of uploading products and consulted the developer of plugin and other developers regarding this. There was a unanimous feedback that there is some problem in algorithm of this theme. Kindly check what is the problem in algorithm.
We haven't updated the theme and WooCommerce to latest version because we don't want the website layout or other customizations to be disturbed. Please update both of them for us without disturbing the current layout, structure, customizations, etc.
2. We want all the product photographs uploaded (irrespective of size) to be displayed in boxes of equal sizes. What is happening now is that box size varies with picture size and that looks pretty odd. Please see screenshots attached for reference.
Please solve the first problem on an urgent basis as whole process is stuck due to problem in uploading the products.
