KuteTheme not installing

The instructions say "In unzipped folder you will find a folder named "Theme-kuteshop" and 2 archives: "Kutetheme.zip" file and "Sample Data"", however, there is not zip file named "Kutetheme.zip". When I try to install "kutetheme - wp v1.5.2.zip" it fails every time. If I install "kutetheme-child-v1.0.zip", it tells me that I need the parent theme.
Andy idea why it is failing me? I have the latest version of WP installed.
