Theme option is not complete as shown in the documentation

Since from the initial installation, I followed the instruction given in the documentation but when I check the theme option, it is not the same as shown in the documentation. I need to change the theme color from the option but cannot find it.

Do I missed anything during installation or what went wrong? I am using child theme provided in the downloads.
