Problems with Theme Kuteshop

Hello
Yesterday I send a ticket from this form - but now in my profile is everything empty.
So, in this beautifil theme I have problems:
1. In visual composer I have no place where I can change banners in main page
2. In Foot - where is ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS: - the button to add pictures doesn't work
3. When I add category for my products - it show in every categories
4. How can I translate all my site into Polish lan-ge?
And the last question: I have an empty document in files how to use this theme.
