Footer does not apply VC Settings

Hi,
when trying to modify the footer i recognised that the footer does not apply the VC Settings.
I.e. when i try to add Headings and change the font size etc. in Typography to 12px it does not apply the font size i provided in VC.
Also Creative Link (Hover etc.) does not work.
A lot of functions and styles are not working in the footer section.
