Same issue on my site. Had the problem for months now and still no fix. I will follow this topic to see what happens....

An update:
I've just noticed that this problem occures ONLY when you click on the color's label.
When you click on the color button (input) filter works normally.

Please keep in mind to try and click on the label and not on the color input, check the attached file.
