Hello, after install SSL certificate website slowed down. Is it because of SSL certificate or something else?

and some files starts to show (before install of SSL) core.123456... some numbers. Files 80-100mb in public folder.

Hello, I have speed issue from the start. You already do some things in my cPanel and that speed up my website but now again loads slow so can you check it, that thing that you do in Cpanel? It isn't host problem because I have 2 more websites on same host and they work fine. One of this two more is webshop also and works vary fast.
